A woman in her 30s who was charged with abusing a 1-year-old boy who worked as a childcare assistant and was cared for was sentenced to imprisonment.

Judge Jin-Won Kim, the 9th detective of the Incheon District Court, sentenced two years of probation in 10 months of imprisonment to a child-rearing helper A (36, female) charged with child abuse under the Child Welfare Act and ordered 80 hours of child abuse recurrence prevention lectures. It was revealed on the 13th.

Mr. A was accused of physically abusing the face and back of the B(1) army several times in the kitchen at Namdong-gu, Incheon, on the 7th of June last year.

Group B, who had been assaulted, had bruises around the left eye and in the middle of the eye, as well as abrasions in the left ear.

Mr. A, who worked as a part-time parenting helper, brought and took care of group B to his home.

He was angry or committed to seeing the group B playfully pulling out the oil from the kitchen cabinet and sprinkling it on the floor.

A hour after the incident, Mr. A told the mother of group B, "The child sprayed cooking oil on the floor, and then he fell and slumped his face on the floor. He took the child to the emergency room. Message."

However, on the day, Mr. A was found not to take Army Group B to the hospital emergency room.

During the trial, Mr. A claimed that "I had hit the back with my palms, but did not hit the face."

However, the court did not accept his claim on the basis of a statement stating that it was "judgment due to trauma."

Judge Kim judged that the defendant was physically abused while caring for the victim as a helper, and that the crime was heavy and that the victim's parents were not forgiven.

However, he said, "The wounds of the victims are not very serious."
