The Spotify app for iPhones is working again, the company announced on Twitter around 3 p.m. The company said there were problems two hours earlier. As a result, the app on iPhones did not work, while Android users could still stream music.

At the same time, a glitch occurred with a piece of software from Facebook, causing "some apps" for iPhones to crash.

In addition to Spotify, other popular apps, including Tinder and Pinterest, also suffered from a malfunction, reports news site The Verge .

It is plausible, but not one hundred percent certain, that Facebook's problem is the cause of the crashes with the aforementioned apps. Facebook has so far not responded to questions from about this. The company still reports on its website that it is investigating the matter.
