The ruling repatriation judgment on the case of the National Agricultural Service against former President Park Geun-hye and the case of reimbursement of the National Intelligence Service's special expenses is held today (10th) at 2:40 pm in Seoul High Court.
The prosecution combined the two cases in a decision trial held in May, seeking a total of 35 years in prison.
Former President Park, who has boycotted all trials since October 2017, is expected to be absent from the trial.
