The

government surveyed the retention rate of corona19 antibodies in Korea, and only one out of 3,55 had antibodies that could beat the virus. It is difficult to deal with corona19 by forming so-called group immunity, and at present, there is only a way to wait for the vaccine while practicing distance keeping.

health authorities surveyed 1,555 participants of this year's National Health and Nutrition Survey and 1,500 outpatients who visited Seoul Southwest University Hospital, combined with a total of 3,553 blood.

In the first screening test, two people were evaluated by the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey and one outpatient from the university hospital.

The Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention confirmed that there was a neutralizing antibody capable of neutralizing the Corona 19 virus. Finally, the neutralizing antibody was identified in only one sample from an outpatient at a university hospital.

The retention rate of neutralizing antibodies was only 0.03% of the total survey.

Health officials say the community's immunity is so low that the'group immunity' policy, in which many are infected with the Corona19 virus and form collective immunity, is practically impossible to adopt.

, but the neutralizing antibody prevalence in the actual community hidden There is a limit to determining the size of the infected person.

This is because neutralizing antibodies have a short duration of stay in the blood, and in particular, asymptomatic young patients often do not develop neutralizing antibodies even if they get corona19.

Additional effort is needed to find the infected person using the correct diagnostic reagents and assays.
