Two puppies are seen in the entrance of an apartment in Yangsan, Gyeongnam.

One fell down in the grass and the broken branches around the puppy are scattered.

The dog owner threw two puppies on the veranda on the 9th floor.

[Apartment Resident:'Puck, Puck' sounded twice, just white (it fell). I want something, pruning, the branches are just off, so… .] I

fell from the height of the 9th floor, but fortunately I hit the tree and relieved the shock, saving my life.

The owner of the dog, found by a police officer dispatched by a resident report, was 47 years old, Mr. A, and was drunk at the time.

He said that he threw himself because he couldn't keep his bowel movements.

[Police officials: (at first) I was talking about'I was angry' because I was blaming my wife. Maybe you've done something like a bowel movement anywhere, on the floor, not on the toilet board.] The

police are holding Mr. A on charges of animal abuse and investigating it.

Puppies are recovering from a nearby animal hospital and will be raised under a new owner as soon as an individual is discharged from the hospital.

Abuse raised in a passenger car for one year was recently confirmed at Busan Haeundae.

Even in the age of 10 million pets, terrible strangers are still in constant use.
