Large garbage bags and empty boxes are placed in front of the front door of the house.

In the backyard of the fence, garbage is piled up as a pile of piles, so there is no gap in the foot.

A three-year-old girl has lived with her mother and grandmother in this stinker-filled house.

The poorer neighbors reported to the police, and the child's mother and grandmother were accused of child abuse.

This is because children can be viewed as neglect by leaving the child in an unclean environment.

[Dongdaemun-gu Office Official: I know that you were with your mother and grandmother at the time of your visit. The child is known to have entered the (protection) facility because he thought it would be better to separate it than to put it in the same situation.]

Police have been reported by residents who have also reported verbal abuse.

The child's family insisted that they did not clean the house but had no physical violence or verbal violence against the child.

[Child Granny: What are you talking about? Who says that? My daughter is reflecting a lot.]

Experts advise not only the rescue of the victims but also the care of the family.

[Kim Mi-suk / Director of the Korean Children's Welfare Society: I think it is a situation that requires a full intervention in the family. I feel like sanctions and support should go together in a therapeutic approach, whether it's life motivation, depression, etc.]

Dongdaemun-gu Office said it will clean up the trash in the house this week so that the family can live a normal life.
