Choi Jong-beom, 29, who was sentenced to probation in the first trial for assaulting and threatening singer Goo Guhara, was convicted after being sentenced to death in an appeals court.

The Seoul Central District Court Criminal Procedure Division 1-1 (Jae-Young Kim, Deputy Judge Song Hye-young, Cho Jung-rae) today (2nd) was suspended for one year and six months in jail in Choi's appeals court charged with shooting, injuries, threats, etc. He broke the centrifuge sentenced to three years and sentenced to one year in prison.

The court ruled today that Mr. Choi had a fear of running away, and was arrested today (2nd).

The Ministry of Justice pointed out that "sex is the most intimate area of privacy, and threatening to spread the filmed video is an irreversible mental injury to the victim or serious damage to the victim's reputation."

"In addition, the defendant recognized that the victim is a famous celebrity, and the expected degree of damage will be very serious when a sexual intercourse video is distributed. Rather, he threatened to spread the video through the media and abused it, so the crime is not very good." I emphasized.

However, the Court of Appeals also judged Choi innocent of the allegations of shooting Mr. Ku's body without consent.

In response, the court said, "It is hard to see that the evidence presented by the prosecutor was proved to have no reasonable doubt that it was shot against the victim's intention."

In September 2018, Choi was put on trial for a brutality (injury, intimidation) that inflicted bruises on his arms and legs, and threatened to ``distribute sex videos,'' during an argument with Mr. Gu.

In August of the same year, he was also accused of secretly photographing Mr. Ku's body (using a camera, etc. under the Sexual Violence Punishment Act) and accusing Mr. Ku of kneeling and apologizing to the representative of the agency at the time.

The court of the first trial recognized Choi as guilty of intimidation, coercion, injury and property damage, among the cases of Choi's prosecution, but was sentenced to three years of probation in one year and six months of imprisonment for allegedly shooting the body of Mr. .

He accepted Mr. Choi's claim that he was photographed with consent.

Even in the appeals, the issue was whether or not to shoot illegally.

Prosecutors alleged that Choi had taken pictures against Mr. Ku's doctor, and Choi repeated his previous position that he sought consent.

Choi replied briefly to the judge's question as to whether there was anything to say about the ruling.
