A police investigating Lee Chun-jae's serial murder, a long-standing uncovered case that has been under the veil for over 30 years, has announced the results of the investigation on the 2nd.

At the announcement of the investigation results this morning, the South Gyeonggi Provincial Police Agency announced that it plans to send the prosecution by saying, "The 14 murders and the nine rape cases resulted in Lee Chun-Jae's sadistic crimes to address the desire."

Particularly interesting was the psychological characteristics and behavior of Lee Chun-jae, which the police announced. The police explained that for Chun Jae Lee's psychological analysis, they gathered a national profiler to conduct interviews, psychological tests, statement analysis, and psychopath evaluation.

As a result of the psychopath evaluation, Lee Chun-jae showed a reflection of'I'm sorry for the victims' at the beginning of the investigation, but showed a "double and self-centered appearance by passing the cause of the crime to the victim and worrying only about his health and prison life." .

According to the police, Lee Chun-jae had no sympathy for the pain and suffering of the victims of his crimes, and he wanted to continue to show off his crimes and presence and get the attention of the media and others.

Regarding the motive for the crime, Lee Chun-jae said that she was originally an introverted character and was unable to play a leading role in her life, but she experienced the first achievement and subjective role in the military.

It was found that after the entire military, he started to commit sexual crimes to express his leadership in a stress-stressed dissatisfaction with a free and monotonous life.

Regarding Lee Chun-Jae's crimes leading to sadistic serial murder, police explained that Chun-Jae Lee did not feel guilty even though he continued to commit sexual crimes and murders. He said that the method of crime also gradually evolved into a cruel and sadistic form.
Lee Chun-jae's serial murder was a serial murder of 10 women in their 10s and 70s in four towns and villages within 3km of the Taean-eup office in Hwaseong-gun, Gyeonggi-do, from September 1986 to April 1991.

Re-investigation began when the DNA collected from the evidence at the scene at the time of the incident in July last year was found to coincide with that of Lee Chun-jae, who was imprisoned in a Busan prison for suicide and murder.

As a result of the investigation, it was confirmed that Lee Chun-jae murdered 14 people and committed 9 sexual crimes in the vicinity of Hwaseong.
