The allegations of violating and embezzlement of the investigated capital market law and instructing teachers to destroy or conceal evidence related to private equity funds during last year's hearing of former Minister Cho.

The court of first instance judged most of the charges guilty and sentenced them to four years in prison.

He said that the typical corporate hunter's method had damaged the general shareholders, and he also found that teaching teachers to destroy and conceal evidence during the hearing process of Cho was judged not to be guilty.

Judgment as to whether Kyung-Shim Chung was conspiring or not was mixed.


First of all, on the allegations related to private equity, I found that the public offering relationship with Professor Chung does not hold.
