At about 9:30 last night, 11 patrol cars were dispatched after being reported that there was a suspected drinking vehicle on Ulsan Jinjinjin Ring Road.

The 24-year-old passenger car, driven by Kim Mo, ignored the signal for 30 minutes, crossed the lane and went acrobatics in the rain.

During this process, two patrol cars were blocked three times, and two police officers were injured.

The driver, surrounded by police cars, tried to escape even when the police asked to get off, and the police broke the windshield and arrested the driver.

Kim had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.177%, the number of license cancellations, and he drove a car without a license and was found to have a history of driving under the influence.
