The 24-year-old passenger car, driven by Kim Mo, ignored the signal for 30 minutes, crossed the lane and went acrobatics in the rain.

During this process, two patrol cars were blocked three times, and two police officers were also injured.

The driver, surrounded by police cars, tried to escape even when the police asked to get off, and the police broke the windshield and arrested the driver.

Kim had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.177%, a license revoked level, and drove a car without a license, and was found to have had a history of drunk driving.
