Four CRS, placed in police custody Monday in the investigation into violence in a Burger King in December 2018 on the sidelines of a demonstration of "yellow vests" in Paris, must be presented Tuesday to an investigating judge, indicates a judicial source, confirming information from LCI.
On December 1, 2018, around thirty demonstrators and a few journalists had taken refuge in a Burger King located near the Arc de Triomphe, after a day of mobilization marked by numerous violence and clashes. A dozen CRS, who arrived a few minutes later, entered and severely beat several demonstrators, some lying on the ground, using batons - a scene filmed by several journalists.
