According to Gyeongju Police Station on the 18th, the National Institute of Scientific Investigation recently sent the police the results of an evaluation stating that the driver was deliberate in a crash.

Accordingly, the police are planning to apply for a warrant of arrest against driver A sooner or later by applying the special injury charges.

Earlier, on the 25th of last month, in a child protection area near Dongcheon Elementary School in Gyeongju, a car driven by Mr. A hit a bicycle in group B.

In this accident, group B was injured and treated in the hospital.

Group B's family claimed that "Group B had a child with Mr. A at the playground, and Mr. A was chasing after saying,'Hit my child and don't apologize.'"
As the closed circuit (CC) TV screen was released on the Gyeongju Police Station, a deliberate accident controversy dated the Traffic Crime Investigation Team and the Criminal Investigation Team.

The police and the National Institute of Scientific Investigation conducted two on-site inspections.

Mr. A has denied accidents and intentions in the investigation.
