The judge's fifth uncle's nephew was criticized by the judge because he replied incorrectly to the question at the trial of Professor Chung Kyung-Shim (58), Dongyang University.

On the 12th, the Seoul Central District Court Criminal Agreement 25-2 (Lee Jung-yeop Kwon Seong-soo, Deputy Judge Seon-hee Kim) held a follow-up hearing on Professor Chung's case and published a newspaper for witnesses of Cho's fifth uncle nephew Jo Bum-dong (37).

During this process, when Mr. Cho gave an answer that was not related to Professor Chung's purpose, the judge pointed out, "What is that answer?"

The judge added, "Please answer the question. Do not give the answer you want." "The question is different, but why do you do that?"

The findings came from the process of testimony by Professor Kolink Private Equity (PE), including Mr. Cho, who handed out the fund management report to Professor Chung shortly after last year's suspicion about Cho's private equity.

Professor Chung asked for materials, including the fund management report, from Cho when the allegations of private equity were raised at the time.

It was to address the fund's suspicion to the media.

The lawyer asked Mr. Cho, "Do you remember that Witness (Jo) said to Professor Chung,'I have a report on the status of the operation, and I have been explaining it verbally without delivering it?'

In response to this, Mr. Cho responded unfairly to the question, "I remember that the staff in charge had made or had related documents, and remembered that I had a conversation with Professor Chung."

It is the second time since the previous day that Mr. Cho was reprimanded at Professor Chung's trial.

In response to the prosecutor's question the day before, Cho replied with the intention of'don't remember', and was then pointed out by the judge that "if you do not remember what you remember, you are against the objective facts and perjury."

Following the prosecution's prerogative on Mr. Cho the day before, the court held a lawyer's opposition newspaper.

The lawyer asked Mr. Cho when he was first suspicious of Mr. Cho's private equity allegations and presented the media explanations made by Corink PE, "Is there anything else that is not true?" "I answered.

Mr. Cho was named as a key accomplice of suspicion regarding private equity between former Minister Cho and Prof. Chung.

Prosecutors believe that Professor Chung has invested under the name of Kolink PE when former Minister Cho was inaugurated as a civil affairs chief at the Blue House and was unable to make direct investments due to the ethics regulations of public officials.

Cho was founded and operated as a person who helped Professor Chung's car name investment and investment using undisclosed information while establishing and operating Kolink PE, and was indicted separately.

On the other hand, Professor Chung denied the allegations that he invested normally in a private equity fund, but that investment using undisclosed information is not true.
