Actor Kang Ji-hwan (43), who was sentenced to prosecution in jail for a sexual assault and molestation of two outsourced staff members, was also sentenced in the appeal court.

Criminal Division 1 of Suwon High Court (Deputy Judge Noh Kyung-pil) today sentenced the same sentence as a centrifuge sentenced to three years of probation in June of two years in prison for prosecution of Kang for accused of rape and coercion.

The court ruled that the defendant denied part of the crime as one of the reasons for the appeal, but based on the evidence presented, the judgment of the first trial admitted guilty was justified.

"The defendants and prosecutors all insist on imprisonment for sentencing for the first sentence, but I don't think there is too much or too little in prison, when summing up the content of the case, the crimes and the demands of the victim," he added.

Kang, who wore a black suit and was present at the sentence, greeted the judge and immediately passed out of court.

On July 9, last year, Kang was accused of sexually assaulting one of the staff and sexually assaulting one of the other staff after going into the room where they were sleeping after drinking alcohol with two female outsourcing staff members who helped shoot at home.

On the 5th of last year, the first trial sentenced Kang's charges of conviction to be guilty, and sentenced him to three years of probation in June of two years in prison.

In addition, I ordered 120 hours of social service, 40 hours of sexual violence therapy classes, and 3 years of employment restrictions.

"I sincerely apologize to those who have been hurt and suffered by me," Kang said in an appeal court hearing held on the 14th of last month.

Mr. Kang requested that he be preoccupied because he cannot remember because he is blackout.

The prosecution demanded three years in prison for Mr. Kang, saying, "I was sentenced to probation because I had reached an agreement with the victim, but I would like to ask if the victim's forgiveness can lead to probation."
