Abhigya Anand , a 14-year-old Indian boy, has risen to fame online in recent days due to his alleged predictions. Among them, that of the arrival of the coronavirus .

In 2019, the young man published on his YouTube channel a video titled Severe danger to the world from November 2019 to April 2020, in which he allegedly spoke of the Covid-19 epidemic.

Specifically, Anand predicted numerous wars around the world that could lead to World War III and he referred, in very generic terms, to " generalized diseases throughout the world that will require a lot of effort to resolve", a fact that many related to the coronavirus pandemic.

However, Twitter user Leo Bautista has taken it upon himself to dismantle the supposed prediction that some media echoed. "Since so much has been said about the Indian boy Abhigya Anand who supposedly 'predicted the coronavirus', I looked for the original video of the prediction and found the opposite. He never mentioned anything about a pandemic and was wrong about everything he said " , begins by pointing to Bautista.

Throughout a thread, the tweeter recounts the errors of the supposed prophecy such as pointing out "the increase in oil prices", when in reality the opposite has happened.

Leo Bautista also points to the tactic of the young Indian, who uses "the same formula as horoscopes", that is: "generalities easy to predict".
