Jae-Yong Lee (52), the vice-president of Samsung Electronics, escaped the redemption crisis in 2 years and 4 months.

The fate of this vice-chairman was decided by the hand of the chief judge of the Seoul Central District Court, Won Jeong-suk (46, 30th Judicial Research and Training Institute) at the dawn of today (9th).

Judge Won dismissed the arrest warrant for the vice-president after a marathon review of 15 hours and 30 minutes after the interrogation of the suspect (warranty real examination) held before 10:30 am yesterday.

At about 2 am today, Judge Won announced that he had a reason to dismiss the warrant, saying that "the need and lack of calling for the arrest of the suspects against the principles of non-constrained trials is insufficient."

Judge Won was born in Gumi, Gyeongbuk, and graduated from Gumi Girls' High School and Kyungpook National University. He passed the 40th judicial exam in 1998 and was appointed as a judge in Daegu District Court in 2001.

After that, I went back to the Seoul Central District Court in February this year after passing through the Incheon District Court, Bucheon Support, Seoul Family Court, Seoul Central District Court, and Seoul Eastern District Court.

He is said to have focused on trial work without revealing his political colour.

Judge Won won the media attention in March when he quickly judged and issued a warrant for the telegram'Park Bang' operator Jo Joo-bin (24).

Judge Won is the second female warrant officer in the history of the Seoul Central District Court, and it has been nine years since Judge Lee Sook-yeon (52·26) in 2011.

Judge Won is one of the four warrant officers assigned to the Seoul Central District Court and was awarded the case in accordance with the usual'randomized computerized dividend' method.

Vice Chairman Lee was the first to undergo a warrant review in January 2017.

Park Young-soo, the special prosecutor's team in charge of investigating the National Agricultural Cooperatives case, filed for a warrant of arrest for Lee's arrest on charges of bribing former President Park Geun-hye, but the results were dismissed.

However, a month later, the suspicion of stealing crime was added, and a warrant for arrest was reclaimed and eventually became an English body.

Vice Chairman Lee was released in February 2018 after five years of imprisonment in the first trial was commuted from two trials to two years and six months in prison and four years in probation.
