Starting tomorrow (10th), to enter a high-risk facility that spreads infectious diseases, such as singing workshops and clubs, you must take a'QR code' with personal information.

According to the Central Disaster Safety Countermeasures Headquarters (Major Capital), the QR code-based electronic entry and exit system targeting eight high-risk facilities will be implemented in earnest after a trial operation period of one week (1-7 days).

The QR code electronic access list is intended to prevent the spread of corona19 infections, and was introduced by the quarantine authorities as an alternative when it became difficult to investigate epidemiology due to a false list of visitors at the time of the Itaewon Club's group infection in the beginning of last month.

Facilities that must introduce the electronic entry list are ▲ hunting hunting car ▲ emotional tavern ▲ nightlife tavern (club, room salon, etc.) ▲ danlan tavern ▲ colatech ▲ singing practice room ▲ indoor group exercise facility (violent group exercise such as Zumba, Taebo, Spinning) ▲ There are 8 venues including indoor standing performance halls (where all or part of the audience seats are seated).

If these facilities do not introduce electronic access lists, or are falsely created or poorly managed, they can be fined up to 3 million won.

In fact, you may also receive administrative measures, such as an order to ban collectively, which means suspension of business.

Facility users receive a disposable QR code with personal information on their smartphone and present it to the facility manager, and the facility manager must scan this QR code to generate a visitor's record.

The user's personal information and visit records are distributed and managed by the QR code issuing company and the public agency, the Social Security Information Center, and only when an epidemiological investigation is necessary, the quarantine authority will combine the two information to identify the user.

Information collected will be destroyed after 4 weeks.

The company decided to leave the fiscal period until the 30th of the next day to conduct field inspections, but to increase the effectiveness of the electronic access list system.

In the future, the company plans to expand the electronic access list system on the premise of autonomous introduction to general multi-use facilities such as churches, cathedrals, libraries, movie theaters, and hospitals.
