At a condominium hotel in Busan, two management contractors mobilized services to create friction, and the hotel furniture broke down.

The Haeundae Police Station in Busan said today (8th) that it was investigating two people, including Mr. A, on charges of damage to a special property.

Mr. A and others are alleged to crush a 6m wide and 1m long marble attached to the front wall of the hotel with a presser foot hammer (aka Paru) and a hammer at the lobby of the Centum Hotel in Udong, Haeundae-gu, Busan, at about 4:10 am today.

At that time, in the lobby of the hotel, two management contractors were in trouble using services.

According to the police, there were about 30 strong men in the lobby today.

The hotel was created in 2016 as a'presale hotel'.

A condominium-type hotel has a structure in which the owner of each room receives the pre-sale and entrusts the hotel operation to the contractor, and the owner receives a dividend for the income.

The hotel currently has 2 operators.

A lawsuit broke out while a new operator came in last year, but it was reported that the court decided two operators.

An official who knows the circumstances of the hotel said, "The existing operator and the new operator have been in trouble over the operation of the hotel front desk." The incident was that the service of the existing operator damaged the house of the new operator.

The Centum Hotel has not responded to the request for coverage.

According to Haeundae-gu, there are 15'pre-sale hotels' in Haeundae.

In 2012, there were cases of lawsuits in friction between operators at other pre-sale hotels in Haeundae.
