Many major international events bringing together professionals have been canceled for this year 2020 and online solutions have been provided by some. The organizers of the Consumer Electronics Show (CES), which takes place in January in Las Vegas, have decided to maintain the 2021 edition with a physical presence of the participants, reports a press release from the Consumer Technology Association . If the 2020 edition was able to be held, nothing had yet filtered on the next gathering of the most important fair devoted to technological innovation in the field of consumer electronics.

“Just as your companies are innovating to overcome the challenges of this pandemic, we are adapting (…). We want to make sure that CES continues to help you build the relationships you need to grow your business and brand, ”added the release.
The 2021 edition of CES will not look like the previous edition, although it will take place physically. Social distancing will be respected by widening the aisles of stands or seats to attend conferences. Disinfections will take place regularly. Among the other measures envisaged, we also find contactless payment and the possibility of taking the participants' temperature.
