Prosecutors conducted a fact-finding investigation into suspicions that the investigative team at the time tried to persuade perjury to witnesses in connection with the case of illegal Prime Minister Han Myung-sook. While the investigation team has denied allegations, it is possible that a new evidence will be converted into investigation.

Former Prime Minister Han Myeong-sook was prosecuted in 2007 for allegedly receiving 900 million won of illegal political funds from former Han Man- ho, former Han Shin- gun representative, and was sentenced to two years in prison in 2015.

A former court judge overturned the prosecution's statement that he ``passed money to a former prime minister'' in court, but the first trial sentenced the innocent, but the second trial judged that the statement of the prosecution was high and overturned it, and the Supreme Court judged the second trial By accepting it, he was convicted.

However, Choi Mo, who stood as a witness in a courtroom as a former prisoner in jail, filed a complaint with the Justice Department in April.

At the time, he received a perjury teacher from the prosecution investigation team and testified against former Prime Minister Han Myung-sook and former President Man Man-ho.

Choi's complaint was assigned to the Seoul District Public Prosecutor's Office for Human Rights.

The Human Rights Supervisor's Office is a department that investigates human rights violations in the investigation process, and does not mean formal inspections or investigations.

However, if there is a need for investigation, such as the discovery of new evidence, the possibility of being converted into forced investigation through the cultivation of the case cannot be excluded.

The prosecutor's disciplinary prescription for three to five years is over, and official inspection is virtually impossible, but the statute of limitations for perjured teachers remains 10 years.

In this regard, the investigative team at the time denied the allegations that there was no false testimony, and that the alleged perjury overturned by Han Man-ho was confirmed by the Supreme Court.
