No vital prognosis involved

"The shooting took place around midnight, it was small lead fire which, as it stood, caused slight injuries to two people and possibly a third," said Bernard Marchal, public prosecutor of Toulon, AFP. Among the injured, a forties was hit in the leg. "An 8-year-old child was also hit by a small lead on the back of his head while riding a bicycle," said the magistrate.
