Sim-mo, a 49-year-old tenant, charged with assaulting the security guard in connection with a case where a security guard who was working in an apartment complex in Seoul died in conflict with the residents, was put on board.

Mr. Shim received a warrant review under the Seoul Northern District Court today (22th). On this day, the warrant review for Mr. Sim, held at the hearing of the warrant judge, Sookyung Kyung, ended in over an hour.

After the warrant's actual review, Mr. Sim quickly moved to the police escort without answering the reporter's questions, such as "Do you admit the charges?"

Guard Choi's older brother also protested to Mr. Shim by saying, "Save my brother."

Prior to Mr. Sim's attendance at the warrant, the guards' memorial service held a press conference in front of the Seoul Northern District Court and urged Mr. Shim's arrest and investigation.

They said, "Sim has not admitted any wrongdoings, such as denying most of the charges in a police investigation, and shows no signs of reflection."

It seems that Mr. Sim's arrest will be decided as early as this afternoon.

Sim has been accused of assaulting Choi several times and forcing him to resign after struggling with Choi for a double parking problem on the 21st of last month.

Choi, who was in conflict with Mr. Sim, filed a complaint that he was assaulted by Mr. Sim on the 21st and 27th of last month. Choi died last 10 days.
