New technologies are already changing the world, the head of state noted. In particular, this applies to artificial intelligence, unmanned vehicles, genetics, medicine, education, Putin said.
“All this will be the base on which the country will develop,” he said.
According to the president, now it needs to be transformed into civilian spheres.
In addition, the Russian leader noted that without fundamental science, Russia would never have had modern weapons.
