Today (15th), at about 10:45 am, two out of four workers were killed in a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) explosion at a metal processing company in Beomsu-myeon, Haman-gun, Gyeongnam.
The Kyungnam Fire Department said the accident resulted in A (49) and Uzbekistan citizen B (28) being transferred to a nearby hospital, but died.
They were seriously injured while being laid on the roof structure of a factory collapsed by the explosion.
Together with them, C (63) on the roof and Kazakhstan national D (26), who escaped on their own, were seriously injured and taken to a nearby hospital.
Police and fire departments are investigating the exact cause of the accident as LPG saw an explosion in the process of melting fiberglass.
