Many users have recently complained of being identified on Instagram posts that offer to win an iPhone 11 Pro by clicking on a photo. These posts are increasing in recent days. It is a scam intended to steal personal data, reports BFM TV .

To spread this false advertising, the authors identify real accounts. Targeted users can block the profile and report to Instagram. But the people behind these scams are multiplying accounts and it is therefore impossible to get rid of them.

It's been days I have been tagged almost every hour on an Amazon Iphone scam to win on Insta. I block, I signal, I "de-identify" from ALL the posts and accounts ... It's starting to run a little on the bean there, Instagram is doing your job, mess!

To a fake Amazon site

These publications all refer to the “Amazone_fr_iphone_” account. The link embedded in the post redirects the user to a fake Amazon site. They are then asked to answer a questionnaire and then enter their email address, last name, first name, address and telephone number. Finally, the victim is invited to pay the sum of 1.95 euro by entering their bank details to try to win an iPhone.

But all of this is just a scam aimed at stealing personal data. People who have been victims of this scam must contact their bank as soon as possible to oppose their bank card.
