Barely defined and already challenged. A young 17-year-old repeat offender, already arrested for theft three weeks ago, was again arrested on Monday in the same town of Seine-Saint-Denis by the same municipal police, according to information gathered by Europe 1.

Stationed at a roundabout for a control operation, the agents spotted the pilot without gloves of a scooter and his passenger who turned around when they saw them. Pursued then caught by the municipal police, the passenger of the scooter then blocked the doors of the officials to prevent them from calling the pilot.

Suspect surrendered to national police

The latter abandoned his stolen two-wheeler and was exfiltrated by accomplices in a car following them and fled. The passenger of the scooter also tried to escape on foot but was joined and arrested by the municipal police of Coubron.

This is the same suspect they arrested on April 22 in the town. He was then on the run from a juvenile center and entered in the wanted file since January. He was handed over to the national police and placed in police custody at the Livry-Gargan police station.
