On September 7, 2012, the daughter of the president's commendation was issued to the staff of Dongyang University, and it was lost and reissued by the assistant in June 2013 the following year.

Prof. Chung explained how he issued the citation in an opinion submitted to the court.

Both the initial issuance and the reissuance said that the faculty had drafted and was issued normally.

The judge then questioned.

Another person issued a citation and reissued it, saying that the file, the seal of the president of Dongyang University, came from Professor Chung's computer in the instructor's lounge.

He said, “There is no explanation why Professor Chung's computer has a seal file.”

Prof. Jung's lawyers said they would submit it as a written opinion, saying they did not reverse the existing position that the president was empowered to issue a citation.

[Kim Chil-jun / Professor Kyung-Shim Jeong, Attorney: It is that Professor Jung even made an interim payment. I can't remember exactly what procedure was followed to get a certificate, but I received it through a procedure.

Son of Professor Jang Young-pyo of Dankook University, who was alleged to have been charged with 'intern's arms', never witnessed Mr. Joe at the Seoul National University Public Human Rights Law Center Conference, listed on the daughter's life record, and feels remorse for the intern confirmation issued to him. I did.

In response, Professor Chung said that there should be nothing that I can't remember.
