Two teenagers, who assaulted their classmates with intellectual disabilities and lost consciousness, were handed over to the prosecution.

The Gangdong Police Station in Seoul said today (6th) that two people, including 14-year-old Kim Mo-gun, were charged with prosecution on charges of joint injury.

Mr. Kim is accused of assaulting Yoon Mo-gun, a classmate with intellectual disabilities, at a parking lot in Myeongil-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul on the morning of the 19th of last month.

According to the police investigation, Kim and others reportedly said that "Yun-gun gossiped and committed crimes against his parents, etc."

Yoon-gun, who was in critical condition shortly after the crime, was found to have returned to consciousness.

A police official said, “Synthesized witness statements and circumstances, etc., I passed Kim and others to the prosecution at the end of last month.”
