Last year, sexual harassment against a female passenger was controversial in an SNS group chat room where surrogate drivers gathered. The whistleblower who reported this was disadvantaged, and the chat room is operating again.

is an SNS chat room with surrogate drivers.

A message comes up stating that you have a female passenger's contact information, or a sexual harassment statement about women appearing in the tavern photos.

In August last year, the female passenger's personal information was disseminated and the sexual harassment became known, and it was suspended for a while.

[Deputy reporter of sexual harassment chat room: I was calming down, but I'm still doing this. When a woman comes out on the subject, the storytelling continues.]

Reporter A, who accused the existence of the chat room last year, claims to have been retaliated against as a perpetrator.

The reason for the “distribution restriction” action was taken because the sexual harassment was in the chat room where it was posted, which means that only the participants in the chat room were targeted.

The founder of the chat room, which enforced the restrictions on dispatching, replied that he only knew Mr. A's personal information, so he acted and did not retaliate.

Mr. A sued the founder of the chat room for charges such as business disruption, and also filed a complaint with the prosecution for sexual harassment in the chat room.
