Son Jung-Woo, who ran the world's largest child sexual exploitation site, was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months, but was arrested again by the extradition procedure. It was through the Dark Web that Son Jung-woo distributed sex exploits. The Dark Web is a hidden Internet in one word. As in the picture of an iceberg, only 10% of all Internet information is visible, and the remaining 90% is information that is difficult to access by searching, such as personal email or internal network.
