He also ordered Mr. A to complete a 40-hour sexual assault treatment program.

Mr. A was in a relationship with the victim C (42) and then broke up.

Mr. A sent Mr. C to Kakao Talk on Aug. 28, 2017, when he had sex with Mr. C in his home in Gangwon Province, and sent a sexual intercourse video shot with his cell phone to Mr. C's wife D (40, female). We provided to third party Mr. D against doctor.

Mr. A, who thought his divorce was due to Mr. C, was upset that he was the only one who suffered damage and is known to have done this.

Subsequently, Mr. A sent a picture of Mr. C taking off his upper body in his house in September 2017, and also sent it to Mr. D via KakaoTalk.

By the beginning of June 2018, he called Mr. D on his cell phone and said to the victim's children, such as, "I can't let it go (speaking the name of the victim's child). They threatened me like I would.

Along with this, Mr. A's acquaintance threatened to threaten his / her status directly or indirectly by calling Mr. C from his A's mobile phone in early June 2018.

Judge Jung said, "The number of crimes is high and the defendant's responsibility is heavy as it contains aggressive content against victims and their children."
