Alcine, the most important short film festival in Spain, shares some of the most important titles that participated in past editions online

Javier Fesser, Borja Cobeaga and Daniel Sánchez Arévalo are, today, filmmakers of recognized prestige who, before triumphing with films like Campeones or AzulOscuroCasiNegro and series like Just Before Christ , signed successful short films. Some of them were unveiled at Alcine, the most important short film festival in Spain. This event, which takes place in Alcalá de Henares in the month of November, marks half a century of life this year.

Now, to vindicate his legacy, his managers will share some of the shorts that gave the most to speak at the time, whether they received an award or not at Alcine. Every day, until the period of confinement lasts, titles such as The future is in porn , a comic story starring Marta Belenguer, who gives life to a unique telemarketer , can be seen on her website for free .

The youngest have animation jewels such as Mobile , by Verena Fels, in which a cow meets a group of animals; while adults will enjoy Job, Joris & Marieke's Mute , a macabre animated tale that imagines a society made up of mouthless characters, and Adrian Flückiger's Signalis , with a weasel confined to his home.

For its part, terror is present in this selection with Room , by Fernando Franco, about a girl who talks in an internet chat from her room; while the comedy is represented by We Were Few , in which Borja Cobeaga ironic about the role of man in household chores; and Welcome , where Javier Fesser tells the little revolution that unleashes the arrival of the internet to a small community in the Andes.

Also worth mentioning is Traumatology , a family drama directed by Daniel Sánchez Arévalo that has a cast full of faces known as those of Antonio de la Torre, Raúl Arévalo, Quim Gutiérrez or Julian Villagrán; or the disturbing story that Eduardo Chapero-Jackson tells in Alumbramiento , a short film with Mariví Bilbao, Cristina Plazas, Manolo Solo and Marta Belenguer.
