Yang Jin-ho, chairman of Korea Future Technology, who is imprisoned and charged with suspicion of 'abrupt assault', refuted the decision to issue an additional arrest warrant, and reappealed it to the Supreme Court following the high court but was dismissed.

According to Suwon District Prosecutors' Office of Seongnam Branch on the 22nd, the 3rd Supreme Court dismissed the re-appeal of both presidents for the decision to issue an additional warrant.

Accordingly, both presidents will be put on trial until June 4th.

Earlier, the 1st Criminal Division of Seongnam Jiwon, the Suwon District Court, which was in charge of the case of both presidents, issued an additional arrest warrant against both presidents on December 2 of last year for alleged violations of the Information and Communication Network Act and rejected the bail application.

Dissatisfied with this, both sides appealed to the Suwon High Court, and when they were dismissed in February, they reappealed to the Supreme Court.

In this regard, the prosecution objected, saying, "There is a high likelihood of destroying the evidence by taking advantage of the superiority of other officials, and there is a fear of escape. In addition, both presidents are deliberately using a delayed trial strategy."

Chairman Yang was indicted on December 5, 2018 for allegations of special rape, assault, violation of the Act on Drugs Management (Hemp), violation of the Animal Protection Act, and violation of the Gunpowder Act.

Violations of the Animal Protection Act are accused of abusing animals by brutally knocking down live chickens on Japanese roads and shooting chickens with arrows.

Chairman Yang is also accused of leading the illegal distribution of pornography through 'WebHard Cartel', and the loss of more than 16.7 billion won in corporate money, including the sale of subsidiaries.

A prosecution official said, "An additional arrest warrant has been issued to the two presidents twice, and the trial is underway for one year and four months." He expects the trial to be held by June 4, the due date. I said.
