A man in his 20s who was accused of infiltrating into the women's bathroom and committing illegal shooting on a mobile phone dozens of times was sentenced to death and was arrested in court.

Judge Shin Jin-hwa, the sixth criminal detective of the Seoul Western District Act, said on the 10th that he had sentenced college student Chae Mo (22) to a sentence of one year in prison for a violation of the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence, etc.

From July to August last year, Chae was put on trial for allegedly illegally filming 55 victims of a woman's toilet in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province using her cell phone.

In addition, in June of last year, he had a sexual relationship with a victim he met at a pub in Seoul and secretly filmed it.

While acknowledging this allegation in the previous trial date, Chae said, "I have been hurting my hand when I was a child, but I have had an impulse disorder. Since then, I have been treated and want to contribute to society as an artist." I did.

However, the court said, "The defendant excuses that his illness has intensified in the process of trying to fulfill his dream as a pianist, and is asking the good man to fulfill his dream." "It happened on the way to and from the place where I practiced."

In April 2017, Chae was discovered while shooting illegally in the bathroom using a similar technique, but was subject to prosecution under the condition of paying compensation and receiving related training.

The court said, "I am skeptical whether the cause of the persistent and persistent crime can be found in the defendant's condition," and said, "Principal punishment is inevitable."

In addition, the court ordered Chae to complete an 80-hour sexual assault treatment program, and to limit employment for institutions related to children and youth and welfare facilities for the disabled for 5 years.
