Red flames rise out of the apartment veranda.

The fire on the 13th floor of an apartment building in Jeon-dong, Dong-gu, Ulsan, today (8th) is around 4: 5 am. The fire killed the nine-year-old brother who was sleeping at home and the 18-year-old brother who was trying to save his brother, and eight residents of the apartment drank smoke and were taken to the hospital and more than 100 were evacuated.

The police estimated that a fire broke out when the older brother and his friend ate ramen, smoked candles to remove the smell, and left the window open for a while.

Kim Mo-gun, who plunged into the fire to save his brother, was found to have fallen down while hanging on the veranda avoiding the flames.

The older brother took his younger brother with a disability and went out to the living room near the veranda, but the police are watching as it was not rescued.

[Apartment Resident: He said, "Please save me." But my brother just fell ... The child is good. I raised my sister well. My brother is disabled.]

At the time of the fire, the brother's father left home in preparation for the restaurant, and his mother was found to have been in Gyeongju for work.

Meanwhile, the fired apartment was a 15-story building that was completed in 1997. At that time, only sprinklers were installed on the 16th floor or higher, so there was no sprinkler in the brother's house.
