A 53-year-old man from Wanju, Jeollabuk-do, was immigrated from Myanmar on the 28th of last month.

But yesterday (7th), I left my phone at 7 o'clock in the morning and left the house.

Around 5 o'clock in the morning, I checked my health status, such as fever, on the mobile phone 'self-approved safety protection app'.

The man rode a bicycle to the river near the house and enjoyed fishing for about 10 hours before returning home after 5 pm.

And I tried to hide the unauthorized departure by putting the self-diagnosis on the phone again.

But yesterday, around 1 o'clock, I didn't receive a checkup call from a public official, so I was able to go out.

Wanju-gun re-announced men's observance of self-containment guidelines along with the principle of zero tolerance when leaving.

Despite this, the man went out again after entering the self-diagnosis status on his mobile phone this morning.

The man, who returned three hours later, was caught by the police waiting in front of the house.

[Lee Dong-Yeol / Chief of Disaster Safety, Wanju-gun, Jeollabuk-do: On the first day, even though we announced that we could accuse if we leave the self-separation, we left the self-separation for two days.]

Wanju-gun accused the man and asked the police to deploy a patrol car in front of the house until the 11th, when self-isolation ended, and went into joint surveillance 24 hours a day.
