The first trial was held against Kim Kyung-rok, the former family asset manager of the former homeland.

Kim was accused of hiding three personal computer hard disks at home and one computer at the office of Dongyang University under the direction of Professor Chung Kyung-Shim in August last year. Earlier, prosecutors charged Mr. Kim for allegedly hiding evidence, and Professor Chung and former Minister of Homeland accused him of hiding evidence.

Attorney Kim admitted to the trial, saying, "I admit all of the charges."

However, he appealed to give generosity considering the job of being a private banker, who is difficult to refuse customer requests, and the status of Professor Chung, a VIP customer.

The prosecution released a statement during Kim's investigation regarding Professor Chung's instructions.

When the prosecution narrowed the investigation, Professor Chung said to him, "You have been betrayed by the prosecution. You have to be prepared for the seizure search."

Attorney Kim's side said it was not true that Professor Chung claimed that Kim proposed some actions related to hiding evidence in a call with SBS.

SBS contacted several times to hear Professor Chung's position on Kim's claim, but was not connected.

The second trial will be held on the 22nd of next month, and a suspected newspaper about Mr. Kim will be held at the request of an attorney.
