Two students and one male student from Vietnam, Gunsan University, a 20-year-old female student, entered the country on the 28th and 1st of the month, respectively.

They received a negative corona19 at the post-immigration inspection, and each of them was self-contained in the studio for two weeks.

Around 7:00 yesterday evening, an official from Gunsan-si made a landline call to Mr. A to check his health, but Mr. A did not answer the phone.

A suspicious official went to Mr. A's studio and the house was empty.

In order to avoid location tracking, the cell phone was left in the studio and left the containment area.

Mr. A, who returned home after midnight, told the health authorities that he was in a lake park cafe near the studio, along with two other international students who were in isolation.

[Gang Seung-gu / Chief of the Dominion Safety Office in Jeollabuk-do: I have notified this to the Jeonju Immigration Office and asked to proceed with the (forced) deportation process.]

However, it is unclear whether all flights to Vietnam will be cut and deported.

Two days ago, a 20-year-old living in Imsil, Jeollabuk-do, was secretly accused when the GPS location tracking of the mobile phone 'self-approved safety protection app' turned off after he secretly left the house during self-isolation.

The man, who violates the self-containment guidelines, cannot receive a living allowance of 450,000 won and a fine of 3 million won or less.

From tomorrow, the rules for punishment of self-containment violations will be further strengthened by imprisonment for not more than one year and a fine not exceeding 10 million won.
