Construction notices have been issued in most parts of the country. Once a fire catches fire, it doesn't go out well, but a furniture factory in Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province is on fire and is spreading to the back mountain. There is a reporter out there, but I will try to connect.

Reporter Yoo Su-hwan, how are you doing now?

There is still a lot of smoke coming up behind me, and firefighters remain on the scene working on the fire.

Until the sun went down, six firefighting helicopters were put into operation to extinguish, but now only the fire trucks remain.

Nowadays, the big flames are caught, but the wind is still strong and it is too early to be relieved.

The first fire started today (4th) at a furniture factory in Jinjeop-eup, Namyangju-si, around 4:10 pm.

The flames quickly spread through the strong winds into the mountains behind the factory.

The fire department has issued a first-response step to inject all personnel from the fire department in the jurisdiction, and has built a defensive line to prevent the flames from spreading over private houses.

23 fire trucks and about 70 firefighters were put in, but the wind blew so hard that they struggled to evolve.

Currently, the first fired factory is in a state where the fire is completely out.

Because it was a weekend, the factory was empty and no one was hurt.

Aside from this, fires continued in the country due to the dry weather.

At about 3 pm, it was extinguished in 1 hour and 10 minutes at Moraksan in Uiwang-si, Gyeonggi-do, and at about the same time, it was extinguished in 1 hour at Yasan in Bonghwa-gun, Gyeongbuk.

In addition, a fire broke out in Chuncheon, Hoengseong, and Samcheok, Gangwon-do, and evacuated by nearby residents and pensioners.

Dry weather is predicted until tomorrow, so be cautious of fires and wildfires.
