A survey result showed that 73% of teachers in kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high schools thought that school opening should be postponed after April 6th.

Teacher organizations The Good Teachers' Movement surveyed 4,2 kindergarten and elementary and junior high and high school teachers on the 26th to 27th, and 73% said, "To prevent student (corona19) infection, school opening should be postponed after April 6th." Today (28th).

On the 6th of April, 21% of respondents said that they should go to school, and 6% of those who said "I don't know."

The good teacher movement explained, "Seoul, Gyeonggi, Daegu, and Gyeongbuk teachers, who had many corona19 confirmers, said that 75% and 71%, respectively, had to postpone school opening, which was higher than in other regions."

On the premise of starting school on April 6th, when asked about the 'opening method', 59% of respondents said, "You must start school online."

Eighteen percent of respondents said they had to go online and go to school at the same time, and 14 percent said they had to go to school first.

9% said "I don't know."

When it is said that both online school and school start at the same time, 46% of respondents chose 'school level' and 36% chose 'region' as a criterion for distinguishing between schools to go online and schools to go to.

41% of respondents said that they need to postpone two weeks for the need to postpone university entrance exams, such as the date of college entrance exam.

A total of 87% of respondents said that they should postpone the assignment schedule, with 34% of respondents saying that they should postpone for three weeks or more, and 12% responding that they need to postpone for a week.

13% of respondents said that they should not delay the assignment schedule.

The survey sample error was ± 1.55% at a 95% confidence level, the good teacher movement explained.

The government is planning to announce whether it will open on April 6 or early next week, and is currently collecting opinions from all walks of life.
