Jo Mo, a man in his 20s who was arrested, ran a so-called Telegram chat room, called the 'Dr. Bang' since September of last year.

As if I were going to introduce a part-time job through social media, I enticed women to take a body picture and then threatened them with a secret message to get a sexual exploitation video.

Cho shared this collected video with members who entered the chat room for money.

At most, only 1.5 million won of cryptocurrency was required to enter the chat room, but up to 10,000 people were simultaneously connected.

There are 74 victims and 16 minors identified so far.

It is estimated that Mr. Cho earned hundreds of millions of won in this way, and at the time of his arrest, 130 million won was found in his house.

The public's petition to reveal his face has passed over 500,000 in two days as the fact of Cho's crimes became known.

[Yoo Seung-jin / Telegram Sexual Exploitation Activist: I think it is necessary to accurately disclose the identity of the currently detained doctor and deserve proper punishment in order to stop the damages of hate crimes systematically occurring against women.]

The police are planning to open the Deliberation Committee on Personal Information Disclosure next week to decide whether to disclose Mr. Cho's personal information, and are tracking people who watched the crime video together in the chat room created by Mr. Cho.
