While Apple generally has the habit of revealing its new products via keynotes, it is in total discretion that the brand has updated its website with a new iPad Pro, a MacBook Air and a Mac Mini.
A new iPad Pro
The 4th generation iPad Pro is given a new two-sensor camera allowing it to take wide-angle photos at a resolution of 12 MP. It is also oriented towards augmented reality, with the new LiDAR scanner capable of measuring the depth of a scene.
It also benefits from a 120 Hz refresh rate screen, an A12Z Bionic chip and an eight-core processor. Finally, its basic memory capacity increases from 64 GB to 128 GB.
Since the iPad tends to blame itself more and more for a MacBook, Apple has also unveiled a brand new Smart Keyboard Folio, which is scheduled for release in May. Its keys will be backlit, it will have a trackpad and will be magnetically attached to the iPad.
A corrected MacBook Air
We were talking a few days ago about the likely release this week of a new MacBook Air. The rumor was finally founded, and the computer is already available on the Apple website.
The main modification of this new version of Apple's ultraportable is its keyboard. The highly criticized butterfly keyboard is replaced by the scissor mechanism of the first 16-inch Macbook Pro.
If the screen is more or less the same as that of the 2018 model, it is inside the machine that you have to go to see real modifications. Thus, it is available for the first time with a quad-core Intel i7 processor and a basic storage capacity of 256 GB up to a 2 TB SSD.
Finally, the machine sees its volume increased by 25% with a wider stereo range. Touch ID is still available.

The Mac Mini comes out of its closet
Apple's desktop computer has not benefited from a great revolution, but rather from a few welcome improvements.
The novelty of this model is in the basic storage space, which goes from 128 GB to 256 GB. Thus, the computer always has the same design in 100% recycled aluminum. It can always be improved, both in terms of the processor (i3, i5 or i7) and its RAM memory (8, 16, 32 or 64 GB).
