A man was arrested by a police officer who wielded a weapon in the middle of the day in downtown Seoul.
The Seoul Jongno Police Station said yesterday (11th) that at around 3:40 pm, a man in his 30s had a riot against his assistants at a famous language school in Jongno-gu.
Mr. A wielded a weapon against a male B in his 30s, an academy assistant, and then went up to the 13th floor of the assistant's office to commit additional crimes to two other assistants, and was caught by police dispatched to the scene.
Mr. B was seriously injured on both hands, chest and face, but is known to have no problems with his life.
Police investigation revealed that Mr. A thought he had been neglected while consulting with assistant professor B last month, and that the other assistants had committed crimes against them because they had cursed him while buying the textbook.
Mr. A is said to have attended a class at this institute last month and did not sign up for this month.
The police will check Mr. A's mental health, etc., and apply for a warrant for Mr. A's arrest on this day.
