China Eastern Airlines is reported to have dismissed more than 70 South Korean crew members who are about to become full-time employees.

According to today's aviation industry, we recently decided to terminate the contract of Korean fixed-term crew members who have been working in 2018 for two years.

The company reportedly said it had no choice but to fire Korean crew members due to the deterioration of management due to the overall changes in the aviation market and the impact of the Korea-China route inflicted by the spread of Corona19.

The new crew members of the company have been converted to arms contracts like regular employees after working as contractors for two years.

The crew is embarrassed by the sudden notification of dismissal. Until recently, he had been thinking about transitioning to a full-time job, such as getting a new training.

However, controversy is likely to rise as the crew of other nationalities, such as Italy and Japan, where Corona 19 is spreading, have not heard of the termination of the contract.

Earlier in the year, after the Corona 19 outbreak, the company was in controversy as it revealed that Korean air crews have been concentrated on routes such as Wuhan. Since then, the company has announced more than 200 Korean crew members who are on leave to pay their base salary by March.
