The magazine 60 million consumers has just published the results of a survey on mobile and fixed operators. Some 2,000 subscribers were interviewed and were able to give their opinion. Capital relays that Free is less popular than in 2016. As for Bouygues Telecom, the company is going up the slope.

The survey focused on the one hand on mobiles. The highest rated are Orange and Bouygues, who obtain a score of 15.5 / 20, followed by Free (14.5 / 20). SFR is last (14/20), in particular because of its customer service which is lower rated than the others. If Bouygues has managed to reach the top of the ranking, it is notably thanks to its after-sales service that has improved.

Internet poses more problems

Internet service poses more and more satisfaction problems. Orange and Bouygues still take the lead, with a score of 14/20. The quality of telephone calls made with the Internet, the quality of the television image and the quality of the connection ensures them the first place. Then come Free (12.5 / 20) and SFR (12/20). It is especially the Internet connection that would be lacking for the last two operators. Some 16% of Free customers and 14% of SFR customers complain of regular service interruptions.

In any case, they are all singled out for termination: "Almost one in five (18%) encountered difficulties in terminating their offer, and even one in four at SFR" indicates 60 million consumers .

Users have also noticed another vice, common to all operators: the unsolicited price increase. According to the association, "20% of Internet subscribers and 22% of subscribers to a mobile plan" have seen their bills increase in recent months. The problem is particularly present at SFR and Bouygues Telecom.
