Announcements about the ban are quickly buried in the noise.

Seoul banned the city center weekend rally because of concerns about the spread of the community in Corona 19, but some conservative groups enforced the rally.

Signs proclaiming the ban were everywhere, but the rally in Gwanghwamun Square continued today.

Organizers argued that outdoor gatherings are less likely to be infected and that the ban is unfair.

Seoul Mayor Park Won-soon visited the plaza and asked for dissolution, but the boos of the participants were poured out.

The Jongno-gu Office has accused the conservative group of police of alleging violations of the ban.

A court-grade Class 9 official bond test, which has been postponed, was held today as scheduled.

Candidates were admitted after a fever test and hand disinfection, and put on masks and tested.

The court administration says one examiner with a fever gave up the test, moved it to a health center and is currently awaiting test results.
