Health authorities and police say yesterday a suspect in his 20s who was admitted to Chosun University's Negative Containment Room returned to his home in Gyeonggi-do.

The man collapsed at a large bookstore in western Gwangju around 4 pm yesterday, and when paramedics arrived, they insisted on a visit to Daegu and a Chinese contact.

The man was taken to Chosun University Hospital and then fled out of a screening clinic and returned in an hour.

The large bookstore went into a temporary recess due to the man's uproar, and the paramedics who transported the man entered self-isolation.
