"Little concern without influence"

Samsung users asked if their device was really being tracked by the app. The latter was in fact designed to locate the terminals remotely in the event of loss or theft.

In Belgium, the manufacturer wanted to reassure its customers the same day, just a few hours after sending the surprising notification. In response to a surfer who was wondering about the message, Samsung Belgium explained on Twitter: “There was a small concern without influence this morning. The notification was sent by Find My Mobile Samsung following a small update. Error is human and we are sorry for it. ” They wanted to reassure them by adding that there was no risk for them or their phone.
