The collapse of a detached house in downtown Busan collapsed, killing five workers and killing one.

According to the Busan Fire and Disaster Headquarters, a two-storey detached house collapsed today at 11:04 am in a residential district in Yeonje-gu, Busan.

Out of eight workers, five workers, including 28-year-old Lee Moo, were buried in a pile of collapsed houses.

A 61-year-old worker was found dead in the rescue.

Immediately after the accident, the fire department issued the first phase of the response and rescued three people, including Lee, out of five who were buried at 4 pm.

Firefighters are lifting the stones and working on the other one sunk.

The city was also partially leaked due to the accident, but was blocked.

The police controlled some sections of the Yeongje-gu Jungangcheon-ro road leading around the site.

Police and fire departments believe an accident occurred during the renovation work to fix the columns.
